By popular request and to support the energy and great projects in the works, Girls Action is currently creating more spaces in the GTA to serve as sustainable platforms for girls, young women, programmers and frontline workers to share resources, challenges and successes, and learn from one another.
To be relevant and responsive to your needs Girls Action is hosting Networking and Skill-Building Events in the GTA. We will be working with you to get to the nitty-gritty of what your concerns are, and to develop and implement tools and strategies that will deepen your network relationships.

What is the GTA Project?
Networking and Skill-Building Events that will provide you with the opportunity to:
- Share resources and best practices
- Learn new skills and strategies to work together to achieve common goals
- Meet new people doing similar work, and explore the ways in which Girls Action can share their tools to support your work
- Avoid overlap in your respective work
- Identify specific community needs for girls and women doing work in their respective areas of interest
- Meet and have access to a Girls Action Resource Person in the GTA to maintain and enhance network connections to support your work in the community.
